Prince Albert expresses his admiration for the King [of Portugal] and refers to a prisoner being sent to Africa. He also writes that [Henry] Southern is like a 'Spanish Demagogue' and mentions that Don Miguel is here and is trying to convince Lord Palmerston of his 'liberal principles'.
