Letter from Prince Albert to Colonel Wylde

Prince Albert tells Colonel Wylde to give Sir Hamilton Seymour all of his knowledge. He refers to [Henry] Southern being on leave of absence and states that he cannot say how long their stay there will be. Prince Albert expresses his wish for Colonel Wylde to see Count Mensdorff again and mentions that Dietz will be furious at Mensdorff being sent back again. He also refers to Oporto and states that he hopes Colonel Wylde did not show the court Lord Palmerston's last instruction.
