Prince Albert states that Dietz's departure is a step towards improvement and discusses how to get through the revolution and deal with the rebels. He writes that the 'line the Chronicle takes about Portugal is outragous' and also states that he is glad Colonel Wylde and Count Mensdorff are agreeing.
