Letter from Sir George Grey to Prince Albert reporting that reports from all parts of the country were satisfactory that day. He encloses a telegraph received from Liverpool regarding the feeling in Dublin (see VIC/MAIN/C/56/37). Grey also encloses a copy of a letter addressed to each of the Special Constables in London on the 10 April, to thank them on behalf of the Queen (see VIC/MAIN/C/56/35-36).
