Letter from Sir Charles Ogle to Colonel Seymour asking that he communicate the enclosed telegram, addressed to Queen Victoria, via Prince Albert. Stating that at 6.30pm, London was 'perfectly quiet' and that the petition was presented after 4.00pm. There was nothing further to report from the rest of the country.
