Prince Albert expresses his gratitude for the communication from the Archbishop of York and asks if he may send a copy to Dr Philpott. Prince Albert mentions that the Bishop of Chester seems the most fit for the appointment and also discusses Lord Minto and Lord Napier's instructions relating to Naples and Sicily.
