Prince Albert writes that the recommendations of the Board of Woods should be complied with. He refers to Lord Denman's decision and discusses the concept of the 'Royal Palace' with reference to accommodation at St James' Palace and Windsor Castle. Prince Albert also mentions farms [at Windsor].
