Prince Albert refers to a letter from the King of Prussia to Queen Victoria and her draft response. He writes of the regret that the King of Prussia has been 'carried away by his feelings', taken a violent part in Swiss affairs and become involved with the quarrel regarding Neuchâtel. Prince Albert also mentions an account by Lady Minto.
