Prince Albert writes that Prince Ferdinand is anxious about his son and that Count Alexander Mensdorff has offered his services in Lisbon to advise the King at this 'critical moment'. He discusses his previous concerns regarding Count Alexander Mensdorff and advises Colonel Wylde to work together with him. Prince Albert also refers to Mr Dietz, Mr Southern and Sir Hamilton Seymour.
