Letter from Lord John Russell to Prince Albert stating that he has nothing else to say about the meeting at Exeter Hall however if Prince Albert is determined to attend then Sir George Grey will need to be notified. He also reports that he is returning a letter from the King of the Belgians and letters from Lord Minto and Lord Normanby (not present). Mention is also made of the 'extreme party at Paris' and doubts as to whether they would soon act in a violent manner.
