Letter from Lord John Russell to Prince Albert reporting that he is still to find time to answer the Prince's questions regarding further reform. He instead provides the names of those he wishes to bring under Queen Victoria's consideration and their proposed roles. He hopes that the Queen will visit the cathedral at Lincoln as the clergy are anxious to pay their respects.
