Letter from Admiral Charles Ogle to Colonel Seymour asking that he communicate the enclosed telegram, addressed to the Queen, via Prince Albert. It states that the meeting at Kennington Common had dispersed quietly and that the petition would be brought to the House of Commons without any display, to prevent further disturbance.
