Copy letter from Sir Robert Peel to Lord Heytesbury explaining that the office of Master of the Household is vacant and that he would like to find a suitable candidate to put forward. He lists the various qualifications required and asks whether Heytesbury believes Colonel Bowles possesses all those listed. Previously enclosed with a letter from Sir Robert Peel to Prince Albert (see VIC/MAIN/C/60/56).
