Letter from Viscount Palmerston to Queen Victoria reporting that the debate on the Reform Bill is to be adjourned as they could come to no consensus. It was moved that they proceed with the Irish and Scottish Bills first before the English Bill, and a decision was made for the Irish Bill to be brought in at the next session. He also mentions that Captain Jarvis moved to drop the prosecution against Charles Worth and Mr Leatham, for bribery at the Wakefield Election. His motion was denied.
