Letter from the Prince Consort to Lord John Russell reporting that they have not yet heard anything on the Baden Meeting. From Mr Garden's report the Prince infers that the Emperor [of Prussia] intends to 'separate the powers of Europe' however he states that as long as England and Germany hold together he will hesitate to attack Belgium.
