Letter from the Prince Consort to Lord John Russell returning letters from Lord Cowley and Lord Bloomfield (not present). His Royal Highness also mentions that Russell had forgotten to enclose a letter from Baron Bentinck, which the Queen requires to enable her to make a decision about a visit.
