Sir [James] Kempt refers to the question of medals for the Egypt campaign of 1801 and the position of the Sultan. He mentions the apparent absence of authority for wearing it. Sir [James] Kempt also refers to Lord Elgin, Lord Hutchinson and the 'Capitain Pasha in Egypt'. Copy.
