Letter from Sir George Grey to Queen Victoria reporting that 'disorderly' meetings in the East of London were attended by the police and that several people were taken into custody for acts of violence. He also states that they do not expect further disorder to occur and if a meeting does take place then the police have been commanded to disband it.
