Letter from Sir George Grey to General Bowles reporting on arrangements for the Queen's departure from London via the railway and on the deployment of 'several hundred' Special Constables, in case of any disturbance. Grey also states that he has finished his speech in moving for a Bill [possibly the Crown and Government Security Bill].
