Professor Sedgwick writes that he called on Mr Bateson of St John's, the secretary of the commission and found that some of the papers of questions agreed by the commission had been forwarded to the Chancellor of the university. He also refers to the vacant professorship and the candidates, Dr Bond and Dr Paget.
