Prince Albert writes that he has seen a letter in the papers from the Dean of Hereford to Lord John Russell, which is 'calculated to do much mischief'. He forwards Lord John Russell the Dean of Hereford's first memorial to Queen Victoria with Colonel Phipps' reply, stating that publication of these would show the Dean 'in his true light'. Draft.
