Letter from Prince Albert to Lord John Russell forwarding a translated copies of correspondence with the King of Portugal for his perusal (not present). He also reports that Lord Palmerston would forward a letter from the G.D. of Tuscany complaining of their conduct with the Packenham case. He also mentions that [the Queen's] birthday parade was well attended.
