Letter from Prince Albert to Lord John Russell

Prince Albert encloses a letter from the King of Prussia with a translation (not present) and writes that he has not yet seen General de Radowitz. He writes that he has invited the General here to ask him questions and refers to a dispatch to Mr Howard that Queen Victoria has sanctioned.
