Prince Albert forwards a memorandum on the Duke of Cambridge's affairs. He writes that with the exception of Combe Farm, Prince George will be left with almost nothing and asks Lord John Russell to take this into consideration with the Cabinet. Prince Albert also mentions Lord Abercorn voting with the government on the factory question.
