Letter from Prince Albert to Lord John Russell

Prince Albert refers to the death of Mr Wordsworth and mentions Mr Monkton Milnes and Lord Seymour in relation to the Fine Arts Commission. He also writes that the Vice-Chancellor of Cambridge is annoyed at the proposed commission and makes reference to Dublin and the dissenter question. Finally Prince Albert encloses a letter (not present) relating to sewage from Colonel Grey to the Agricultural Society.
