Prince Albert refers to the reshuffle of the Household offices including Colonel Phipps and Colonel Grey, with a discussion of Colonel Grey's equerryship. He writes that as Colonel Romilly has left the army, this disqualifies him from an equerryship. He also mentions Colonel Hood and Mr Ormsby Gore.
