Lord John Russell informs Queen Victoria that the Cabinet feels that proceedings in Parliament should close on Monday. He states that the two Bishops could not be made until the Archbishop of York has been confirmed and requests that Queen Victoria delays the matter. He also mentions that his son has influenza.
