      Letter from Lord John Russell to Queen Victoria reporting that the Army estimates were voted the previous night and some progress was made. A further vote would take place on the following Friday. He also states that Lord John Russell says that reports of probable divisions on Sir Edward Dering's motion are unfavourable.
