Lord John Russell discusses the appointment of the Royal commission and refers to Professor Sedgwick and Sir John Romilly. He states that Mr Arthur ?Stealey is ready to serve as secretary to the Oxford commission and suggests Professor Henslow as the secretary for the Cambridge branch. Lord John Russell also mentions a Chancery Bill.
