Lord John Russell asks Prince Albert for advice on a draft letter to the Duke of Wellington. He mentions a Mr Harrison as a candidate for one of Queen Victoria's chaplains and also expresses his concerns regarding the council of Lambeth and the Bishop of Oxford.
