Letter from Lord Derby to Queen Victoria reporting that the Reform Bill will be introduced at a meeting of the House of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, with the proviso that all existing Freeholders within Boroughs would retain their present voting rights. Derby also requests the Queen's approval for the appointment of the Reverend E.L. Salisbury and the Reverend J. Booker.
