Letter from Lord Ashley to Prince Albert confirming that he had spoken to Sir George Grey on the matter of Prince Albert's attendance [at the Exeter Meeting] and satisfied him that if any interruption from [the Chartists] should occur then it would be 'quelled in a moment'. He describes the measures being taken in admittance and security as precautions for such an event.
