Letter from Lord Aberdeen to Lord Palmerston reporting that the objections to the proposed Reform plan which he had expressed in his letter to Lord Lansdowne had been considered by Lord John Russell and [Sir James] Graham. Aberdeen states that Palmerston's objections are so fundamental that no changes can be made to satisfy them.
