Letter from Henry C. Owen to Colonel Grey reporting that he is glad that Prince Albert takes no exception to their report. He also mentions the Crystal Palace Company as a rival to the Commissioners and states that Mr Cole would like 50 copies of the Jurors' report for distribution among the schools of design throughout the country. He also raises the question as to what Prince Albert would like to happen to the remaining 1000 copies of the report and makes some suggestions.
