Letter from Dr Philpott to Colonel Grey

Dr Philpott discusses the [University of Cambridge] Studies Syndicate relating to the recommendations of the commission's report. He writes of the differences of opinion in the syndicate and that little progress has been made. Dr Philpott also sends for Prince Albert a copy of the scheme for two annual prizes for Greek Testament.
