Dr Cartmell writes of the pleasing effect of reading Prince Albert's letter to the Heads of Colleges this morning and states that he will read it to the Senate tomorrow. He also mentions that he saw Professor Sedgwick who is 'very unwilling' to accept the position in the Royal commission.
