Colonel Scott writes about the arrangements regarding the agency for the Scots Fusilier Guards, the services of surgeon Major Good and a request from Sir Seymour Blane for his son to be put on Prince Albert's list of candidates. Colonel Scott also mentions Lord Ludlow's legacy of an Egyptian vase to the Guards Club.
