Letter from Baron Cetto to the Duke of Wellington

Baron Cetto writes that there are tribunals in the Bavarian army to take note of quarrels between officers. He states that although not entirely prevented, the number of duels has diminished since the tribunals were put in place in 1823. He encloses an extract of the Bavarian military penal code and copies of two Royal Orders. Written in French.
