Letter from Baron Cetto to the Duke of Wellington

Baron Cetto writes that in 1828, the Bavarian government conceived the idea of establishing tribunals to take note of quarrels between individuals and with the aim to prevent duels. It was not adopted at the time and Baron Cetto states that he does not know whether it has been renewed lately with better success. Written in French. Copy.
