Copy of a memorial from the inhabitants of Windsor town, addressed to the Earl Spencer, the Lord Chamberlain, requesting greater facilities for visitors to Windsor Castle. They state that reduced access to the State Apartments has meant that trade in the town has suffered as a consequence. Agreed to at a public meeting held at the Guildhall, New Windsor.
