Copy letter from Colonel Grey to Sir George Clark in reply to his previous letter (see PPTO/PP/QV/ADDX/C/244). He reports that Prince Albert is keen to help the Academy and with the approval of the Commission would like to offer them a site if they were able to incur the cost of a building. He suggests that the Academy may appeal to the public to raise the funds required.
