Telegram from Lord John Russell to Queen Victoria forwarding news, from the Consul at New York, that the Prince of Wales left Halifax and was going on to Saint John, New Brunswick, that evening. He would then arrive at Fredericton on the 4 [September]. It is reported that the reception at Halifax was 'magificent' and that the Prince is 'quite well'.
