Includes the Princess Royal referring to Pedro's [V of Portugal] death, how Prince Albert will miss his letters and that Louis [Luís I of Portugal] is unprepared. She writes about William I of Prussia's beliefs regarding the constitutional system and makes reference to Fritz [Prince Frederick of Prussia]. She refers to various books that she is reading, mentions 'Bollmann's revenge' with regards to Uncle Ernest [Duke of Saxe Coburg and Gotha] and how attached Dr Becker is to Prince Albert and Queen Victoria.
