Includes the Princess Royal referring to her meeting with her father. She writes that Countess Dohna has accepted the place but not till April and wonders whether Countess Perponcher can do the role till then. She also writes that she has been feeling sick since she returned and discusses her son's arm. She asks her father to inform Sir James [Clark] of the arm, but tells him she has not spoken to [Dr] Wegner. She also mentions a M. de Heintz, M. de Schweinitz and Georgina, the new housekeeper.
