Princess Alice thanks her father for the telegrams and refers to his arrival at Antwerp. She mentions a visit to Alverbank and receiving a letter from Mary Barrington, whose wedding is today. She also states that Lady Caroline Barrington is arriving at Osborne on Saturday.
