Letter from Prince Albert to Queen Victoria in which he confirms their date of marriage and plans for them to go to Windsor alone after the wedding. He also suggests that they stay away from the public eye for a fortnight at least. He also writes of the matter regarding Mr Anson and confirms that his argument against having him appointed as Treasurer still stands and finishes the letter by describing his last few days spent in Gotha.
