Prince Albert writes to Queen Victoria to congratulate her on becoming Queen of England, 'the mightiest land in Europe'. He wishes her strength for the task at hand, reminding her that 'in your hand lies the happiness of millions'. Albert also asks that she 'think likewise now some times of your cousins in Bonn. Includes envelope addressed 'To Her Majesty, The Queen Alexandrina Victoria of England'.
