Copy letter from Mr Hayt to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies informing him that he has made a slight mistake in the date in his previous communication, writing 'July' instead of 'August' (see VIC/MAIN/Z/466/70). He also confirms that the telegraphic service at Prince Edward Island is still not running and that there has been no further information regarding the Prince of Wales's movements.
