An anonymous print reproducing a composition thought to have been designed by Raphael, recorded in a drawing generally attributed to the workshop of Raphael (G.F. Penni?) now in the Musée du Louvre, Paris (inv. no.3460). The print has been described as in the style of Cornelis Cort. First state. Dated at lower left: 1563. Lettered with publishing address of Hieronymus Cock and attribution of the design to Raphael at lower right. Below image is a quote from the Bible (1 John 4:9).
