A print after a copy of Raphael's Portrait of Pope Julius II when in the Orléans Gallery. Lettered with production details. Trimmed along all edges. Published in Galérie du Palais Royal, Paris 1786. According to Passavant (1860, p.95, no.75.i), the painting reproduced in this print was sold in 1800 for 36 pounds sterling; its current whereabouts are unknown.

The original was painted by Raphael in c.1511 and is now in the National Gallery, London (inv. NG 27).
